- Re-caulk backsplash to countertop as needed

- Refrigerator rollers should be locked if possible

- Question: Is the alarm system included with the home ?  The alarm keypad near the entryway is in an impractical location; inside the far left side of the coat closet where it will be buried behind hanging coats

- Substantial gap beneath baseboard at stairs. Purchaser has requested this area be filled. A suggestion would be a very thin type of scribe molding painted white
